Eagan U19 Boys Premier Team wins its 3rd State Cup Championship

On June 3, 2007 the Eagan Premier U19 boys team won its 3rd State Cup championship. This team will
now advance to US Regionals in Des Moines, Iowa on June 22-27, 2007. Each summer, the US
Youth Soccer Association crowns a boys and girls national champion in each of its seven age
divisions (U14 - U19). The US National Championship Series provides approximately 129,000
players on 7,200 teams representing 55 State Associations the opportunity to showcase their
soccer skills against the best competition in the nation.
At only the U19 age group, the Minnesota Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) engraves the
State Cup championship team on the Buzz Lagos Trophy (pictured with soccer ball).

EThe Boys U12 C2 Eagan Strikers
finished second in the Lakeville Pan-O-Prog Tournament during the weekend
of June 22-24. The Strikers won their bracket and advanced to the finals. In
the championship game, they played an exciting scoreless game until giving up
a goal in the last minute of play.

ETS' U12C2 Girls team
(ETS Shock) won
the Dakota Rev It Up Tournament with 3 Wins,1 Tie. The Shock also participated in the
Schwan's Cup in Blaine and won their flight bracket
with 2 wins & 1 tie, Advancing into the division's quarter finals - Winning 6-1,
Advancing into the Finals against Northern Lights United; MB,Canada. After a very
good & attractive soccer game the game ended in a 2-2 Tie, Overtime was a defensive
battle with the game remaining tied 2-2. Eagan Shock Won the Penalty Shoot-Out 4-2
with only 4of5 penalty kickers shooting. EAGAN SHOCK WINS SCHWAN'S USA CUP.
