For Ages U8-18
This 12 session camp is designed to improve speed, agility, acceleration, deceleration and functional strength
to help each participant become more athletic. Proper sprint techniques and mechanics will be emphasized.
Each session will include: a proper warm-up, speed training, acceleration and deceleration training, lateral
movement training, functional strength training and cool down.
Dates: November 5, 7, 12, 14, 26, 28, Dec 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19
Session A. 8-18 year olds 6:30-7:30PM
Cost $180.00
Please arrive 10 minutes before starting time. Bring your water bottle, soccer cleats and be dressed to workout.
Camp conducted by Tyrone Stenzel, Ed.D., C.S.C.S. University of St. Thomas Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Coach Stenzel designs and supervises the speed, strength and conditioning programs for all 22 men's and women's varsity
athletic teams at UST and is certified by the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
