Registration for 2010 Fall Traveling Soccer and 2011 U12 & up is now available by clicking the appropriate registration button below.

FALL SOCCER COST:  $135 per player (includes 2 t-shirts to be worn as a uniform)

2011 SPRING SOCCER COST:

• U12 - $275 + uniform fee
• U13 and up - $325 + uniform fee
• Uniform Fee (includes 2 jerseys, shorts, 2 pairs of socks) - $85

In order to register your child, you must first set up an account.  By creating an account, all of the following benefits exist:

• All player/family information is pre-populated year after year, making registration quick.
• All registration receipts and information are stored in the user’s account to provide a historical record.
• This system allows for the ability to have a auto-recurring payment in a “payment plan” scenario. All credit card companies require that any automated payment in an online scenario must be able to be edited, adjusted, managed through a user account to ensure that users can take necessary steps if a card is stolen etc....
• New spam regulation requires that users be able to manage and alter their communication preferences to cut down on unwanted emails. This system allows a user to log in to their account at any time to adjust their email, add emails etc...
• Creation of an account allows EAA to send out e-mail notifications to their members regarding upcoming registrations, clinics & camps and other information that is sent out periodically.
• Once a user has created an account, they will never have to do it again.

U12-U19 Summer Soccer - Enroll in June/July with tryouts in early August
U9-U11 Summer Soccer - Enroll in January with tryouts in late January
U9-U14 Fall Soccer - Enroll in June for late August through October season. No tryouts.

Registration Requirements: Register and pay fees through EWSC.  A copy of player's birth certificate must be filed with Eagan Wave Soccer Club Registrar.  New players must send copy of their birth certificate to registrar@eagansoccer.org or send via US Mail to:

Late Registration:
There will be a $10 late fee for players registering after July 24th.  No player will be allowed to tryout without proof of payment. Registration on the day of tryouts is available but carries an additional nonrefundable $50 fee.

After tryouts - check with age group director for team openings. If spot on roster is available, proceed with registration.  A $10 late fee will apply

REFUND POLICY: Refund requests forms are submitted in writing to the EWSC Registrar at registrar@eagansoccer.org and may be granted for extenuating circumstances like injury, illness, household move from community etc. Please note that certain voting members of the EWSC Board of Directors decide whether refunds will be granted. The registrar collects the information and provides it to the board of directors but has no vote in granting/denying refund requests.

VOLUNTEERING: During your registration you will find a question asking if you would like to volunteer to help the club or your team specifically. Besides coaching, team managers are needed to do paperwork and communications. Volunteers are needed to help at sign-ups, tryouts, the Future Stars Tournament, and putting and taking down the nets. ALL ADULT VOLUNTEERS WHO WORK DIRECTLY WITH THE TEAMS OR ON THE BOARD ARE REQUIRED BY MYSA TO COMPLETE AN ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK ON A YEARLY BASIS.
