Will require boys to wear their gym shoes versus cleats (no shin pads)
Boys should bring a towel
Will focus on core strength, leg strength, cardio
Will mostly be made up of weightless exercises such as Burpees, Plank, Leg Lifts, Squats, etc
Typical session will involve a series of warm up exercises - basically the proper and extended version of what we force in the opening minutes of an indoor soccer session
The method will be a 60/45/30 second run through the eight to ten exercises we will do each session
Sweat will be provided by the boys :-) and coaches
