1. Speak with opponents regarding reschedule dates that will work for both teams.
2. Email request with date/time preferences to: (Director of Fields)
3. Wait for game reschedule notification/confirmation from Ward via email.
4. Confirmation from Ward will also secure referees – DO NOT INQUIRE with the referee assignor. Ward handles that for you.
5. Upon receipt of rescheduled game and field assignment confirmation email from Ward, go online to perform MYSA reschedule request. The directions for this process were provided by the MYSA in the TEAM packet you received at the District meeting.
