Technical Director's Corner

Eagan Traveling Soccer is grateful to the many coaches who help make our program successful. We look forward to providing an interactive educational environment that assists all coaches in reaching their full potential.

The MYSA holds training schools throughout the year for beginning head or assistant coaches to the seasoned professionals. We strongly encourage all coaches to attend. The classes , locations and calendar , and Coach Clinic application form can be found on the MYSA website,  along with a listing of the wide selection of videos and Books that are available from the MYSA lending library.

The Eagan Traveling Soccer board has done the work to redefine and expand the responsibilities of what has traditionally been our Club Coach position to created a new full time professional Technical Director position for our club.  The role of the Technical Director within our club includes implementing a consistent player development plan for all teams in the club, including year round player training opportunities, providing coaching training for our coaches, building a better relationship with the in-house program, and to generally guide our program to the next level.
